Tetlow King Planning Ltd is a leading town planning and development consultancy operating nationwide. The company was founded in 1985 as a separate entity within the Tetlow King Group, which dates back to 1977.
We provide professional advice to a range of clients across the public and private sectors including investors, landowners, householders, developers, housing associations, local authorities, government organisations, professional bodies, trade bodies, research and educational institutions and community groups.
Our involvement in the planning process is extremely varied, ranging from influencing strategic policy at the national level through to promoting small scale development proposals at the local level. We are experienced in planning for all types of development, with particular specialisms in housing and care.

Affordable housing justified on former recreation ground at Bromsgrove
Bromsgrove District Council has approved its own application, made jointly with Bromsgrove District Housing Trust, for seven affordable bungalows on a suburban housing estate, on the basis of Tetlow King Planning’s justification for loss of the former play area.
Lewisham HQ Approved
Tetlow King Planning (TKP) has assisted Phoenix Community Housing Association (PCHA) in obtaining planning permission for their new headquarters in Lewisham, on the site of former Green Man Public House.
